Portfolio funnel is now enhanced with lead time and average age of a work item in a particular phase that helps to take better control on the progress of the work items in a funnel.

Lead time: The last phase in the funnel shows the lead time in days. Lead time = finished(last phase) – created (the day it was created)

Average Age: This is the time in days a work item is in particular phase of a funnel.
