The scenario report can be shared with anyone by inputting the email id. System will verify if the user exists and send the relevant notification. If user does not have access to the portfolio, a new readonly user is created and temporary credentials are sent in the email notification to access the report.

The shared report persists the template and the filters. It helps stakeholders to visualize the latest progress of the portfolio in an interactive mode. It also helps portfolio managers to save their time by not preparing the PPT to share it with their stakeholders.
