At this moment, a new work item can only be created from prioritization being in a scenario that brings lots of navigation when planning in a roadmap, funnel or scenario report. To simplify the process and reduce the navigation clicks, a new work item can be created from anywhere in the scenario. eg. Funnel, PI roadmap, scenario report under specific goal.

Portfolio Funnel

In an epic view, there is “+” symbol after each goal. This will create an epic for the specific goal. Similarly for all other work items types, work items can be created under a specific parent.

Roadmap PI

In each PI header, there is an option to create a work item by choosing the specific work item type.

Scenario Report

For each goal, there is an option to add an epic and respectively for each epic, there is an option to create feature.
