What are you going to do? 

As a PMO you help organizations effectively implement processes, governance and policies surrounding portfolio management (PfM). You make it easy for people who need to do things differently. With your support, new ways of working will actually be applied in practice. 

Your duties include: 

• Developing and implementing standards, templates and methods for project and portfolio management. 

• Guiding decision-making processes and setting up clear reporting and governance structures. 

• Improving tools, dashboards and processes, and ensuring that these are supported within the organization. 

• Analyzing project data, identifying risks and driving continuous improvement. 

• Supporting project and portfolio managers in achieving greater control, predictability and collaboration. 

Who are you? 

You are curious, service-oriented and like results. You: 

• You can quickly understand the subject matter and the organization and then act effectively and hands-on. 

• Do you have an affinity with project and portfolio management and would you like to develop further in this area? 

• Are you analytically strong and know how to convert project data into concrete insights. 

• You have good communication skills and know how to support and influence stakeholders at different levels. 

• Have a higher professional or university degree in business administration, IT, management or a related field. 

What do we offer you? 

• A permanent contract (32-40 hours per week) with a trial period of two months. 

• A salary indication of €3.300 – €4.700 per month, depending on experience. 

• Unlimited vacation days and the freedom to plan them yourself. 

• Lease budget up to €1.400 (electric) or mobility budget of €900 extra on top of your salary. 

• A personal training budget of at least €7.000 per year.
