Terms and Conditions

These are the general terms and conditions of Agile Cockpit BV, trading as Xeleron, established at Brassersplein 1 in Delft (2612 CT) and registered with the Chamber of Commerce under registration number 63791609, and all parent, subsidiary and sister companies affiliated with Agile Cockpit BV, trading as Xeleron (hereinafter referred to as “Xeleron”). Your contract is with Agile Cockpit BV, trading as Xeleron or the company (or companies) within the group separately. Which company you are entering into an agreement with will be made known in Xeleron’s offer.

 

These terms and conditions apply to all offers, agreements, deliveries, and services of Xeleron, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any deviations are only binding if expressly confirmed in writing by Xeleron.

 

Customer: any natural or legal person who enters into an agreement with Xeleron. 

Services: all products and services offered or supplied by Xeleron, including but not limited to consultancy, software, training and support. 

Agreement: any agreement between Xeleron and the customer in which mutual rights and obligations are established. 

 

All offers, quotes, and price estimates from Xeleron are non-binding and valid for 14 days, unless otherwise stated. Xeleron reserves the right to withdraw or modify an offer as long as no agreement has been reached. 

 

An agreement is concluded as soon as the customer accepts Xeleron's offer in writing or electronically, or as soon as Xeleron has commenced execution.

 

Xeleron will make every effort to execute the agreement to the best of its ability and in accordance with the agreed terms. Terms are indicative only, unless explicitly agreed upon in writing as binding. 

 

Invoices must be paid by the customer within 30 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing. In the event of late payment, Xeleron reserves the right to charge statutory interest and collection costs.
