Terms and Conditions

These are the general terms and conditions of Agile Cockpit BV, trading as Xeleron Prowareness, established at (2612 CT) Delft, at Brassersplein 1 and registered with the Chamber of Commerce under registration number 63791609 and all parent, subsidiary and sister companies affiliated with Agile Cockpit BV, trading as Xeleron Prowareness (hereinafter referred to as “Xeleron”). You contract with Agile Cockpit BV, trading as Xeleron Prowareness or the company (or companies) within the group separately. The company with which you enter into an agreement will be made known in the offer from Xeleron.
